“Since August 2003, Cengage has aggressively launched many sell-through initiatives designed to help drive revenue for our organization and college bookstores nationwide. We're focusing our efforts on sell-through education. By working closely with bookstores, we help students understand the value of their adopted course material and show professors that their actions the first week of class dictate whether or not their students obtain the "required" textbooks/technology.

Click on the boxes above to learn about other efforts we're making to drive sell-through.

Bookstore Trainings

Because of advancement in technology and current student aptitude, curriculum and technology are becoming intertwined.  Sometimes it's tough for college stores to keep up with all that’s new.  Cengage is again ready to help you by helping your staff better understand and sell this technology.

Orientations

Promoting textbook value to students and parents…
Encouraging professors to use what they adopt…
Helping adjuncts to learn about their training options…

All of these audiences affect your sell-through of adopted course material. The templates below provide information on textbook value while allowing you to add store-specific content. This is a helpful way to debunk myths about textbook pricing, promote your store's value to the campus, and ultimately increase your sell-through.
